Who can play
K1 Gaming is intended for adults aged 18 or older. You are responsible for ensuring that your use is permitted where you live and for following applicable law. Do not use another person’s account without permission or misrepresent your identity.
The site provides original games for entertainment. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by other game studios or franchises whose general genres may be familiar.
Free-play credits
All bets, prizes, bonus entries and rewards use virtual, free-play credits. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or property, and are not offered for purchase. There are no deposits, withdrawals or real-money prizes.
Credits and progress are features of the service, not a bank balance or an investment. You may not sell, trade or transfer them outside the game. Daily grants and quests have their own eligibility and claim limits. Unused credits do not create a right to cash compensation.
Accounts and saved progress
Guest progress is associated with a browser session. Changing devices or clearing browser data may make that progress inaccessible. Where sign-in is available, saved progress follows the linked account. Linking a new Google account can preserve the current guest progress; signing into an already-linked Google account resumes that account’s existing balance rather than combining balances.
Keep your device and sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share administrator access codes or attempt to obtain access to other accounts.
Game rules and results
Each game’s Rewards & Odds panel explains its available rewards and mechanics. Classic card tables are private games against a computer-controlled dealer. Unfinished blackjack hands remain saved until you return and finish them. Results and credit changes are calculated on the server. On-screen motion and effects illustrate those results; they do not determine them. Displayed win amounts are gross credits awarded, with bets shown separately.
An expected return is a mathematical long-run target, not a guarantee of any session’s results or a promise of independent certification. Random outcomes can include losing streaks. Free credit grants and quest rewards are separate from game return calculations.
Game availability, limits and rules may change. Accepted wagers and active bonus modes retain their saved payout rules. Verified errors or unauthorized activity may require corrections to credits or records; such corrections must reflect the underlying records rather than a change to an already accepted wager’s odds.
Fair use
Do not exploit errors, tamper with requests, bypass bet or claim limits, manipulate rankings, create accounts to abuse promotional grants, impersonate others, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access. Built-in auto-play controls may be used as offered; external automation must not bypass the site’s restrictions.
Access may be restricted or suspended to investigate misuse, protect accounts or maintain the service. We may remove rewards obtained through verified abuse. Ordinary random wins are not misuse.
Site content
Game artwork, audio, code, branding and other site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use them as part of normal personal play. These terms do not grant permission to redistribute site assets or present the service as your own. Rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
Availability and responsibility
The service may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or recovery of a guest session whose identifying cookie has been lost. Take breaks and use the games for entertainment only; success here does not predict success in real-money gambling.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of particular results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes to these terms
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Where required by law, material changes will receive additional notice or require consent. Changes do not retroactively alter the payout rules for accepted bets. Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
