Information we handle
When you play, K1 Gaming creates a player record. This includes an account identifier, account type, display name, credit balance, game results, bets, rewards, bonus progress, unfinished card hands and move receipts, quest claims, leaderboard preference and related timestamps.
A guest account is linked to a session cookie in your browser. If you sign in through ChatGPT, the hosting platform provides an account identifier and may provide your name and email. Where Google sign-in is available, it provides a verified account identifier and profile name. K1 Gaming stores the identifier and display name needed to associate your game progress with your account; it does not receive your Google or ChatGPT password.
Hosting and sign-in providers may also process connection information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and diagnostic logs when delivering and securing the site.
How information is used
We use player information to maintain credits and progress, authenticate sessions, calculate and settle results, prevent duplicate claims, administer games, investigate errors or misuse, and provide the features you choose to use.
Private administrator analytics summarize play, credits awarded and used, daily grants, large prizes and player activity. Authorized administrators can inspect player records and shared-game wagers. The current app does not include advertising pixels or third-party advertising analytics, and we do not sell player information or use it for targeted advertising.
Public game activity
The daily leaderboard displays a public Keeper alias, net game gain or loss, rank and completed-round count. Your full account name and email are not displayed there. In Leaders, turn off Show me on the leaderboard to exclude your account from subsequent leaderboard responses. The choice is saved to your account; pages already open may take until their next refresh to update.
Shared games may separately show your Keeper alias, selected eggs, bet amounts and winner announcements. The leaderboard switch does not hide this shared-table activity or remove private administrator records. Hatch results themselves are public and are not personal account data.
Service providers and disclosure
K1 Gaming runs on Sites hosting with Cloudflare infrastructure for site delivery and stored game data. ChatGPT and, when enabled, Google handle their respective sign-in flows. These providers process information needed to deliver, authenticate, secure and support the service, and their own privacy policies also apply to their services.
Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law, to respond to lawful requests, or when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse and protect users or the service. Provider infrastructure may process data outside your country; K1 Gaming does not promise storage in a particular location.
Retention and security
Account, gameplay and credit records are kept to preserve saved progress, reconcile results and investigate disputes or abuse. The current service does not automatically delete player history after a fixed period. A cookie expiring, signing out or hiding from the leaderboard does not erase stored records.
Access controls and protected session cookies help limit access to account and administrator functions. No online service can guarantee that information will always remain secure or that records will never be lost.
Your choices
You can play as a guest, use an available sign-in option, hide from the daily leaderboard, and manage cookies in your browser. Account shows your balance and recent activity. Guest access may not be recoverable if you lose its session cookie.
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. K1 Gaming currently has no self-service data export or account-deletion control. These rights are not waived by using the site.
Age and policy updates
K1 Gaming is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not intended for children.
We may update this policy as the service changes and will change the date shown above. Material changes to how existing personal information is used will be handled with any notice or consent required by applicable law. See the Terms of Use for the rules of play.
