Preparing for Shipment: This means we’re processing your order and packing it up for you. You’ll get an email when we’ve received your order, and you’ll get another when we’ve shipped it, as well as information to help you track your package.
Shipped: We’ve shipped out your order. Tracking information will become available within 1-2 business days.
Delivered:Congratulations, your order has arrived!
Depending on the type of shipping method you choose the time begins from when your order ships.
Ground shipping orders are a flat rate of $6.99
2-day shipping orders are a flat rate of $19.99
At this time, we’re unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, and we can only ship to locations in the US.
All of our shipments have tracking information. If your order gets lost you can file a claim with the delivery carrier for reimbursement. All of our K1 supplements are made pursuant to a shipping contract, so the risk of loss and title for your items pass over to you once we make the delivery.

At the checkout page, select an existing shipping address or add a new one, and then repeat the process with your payment method. Once you’re ready to go, click on “Place Order”.
You’ll get an email confirming your order once you’ve done so. If you’ve placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email, get in touch with us with your order number and we’ll help you out.
Common reasons for trouble with your credit card include errors in the billing address, or not inputting your name and number exactly as it’s written on your card. Don’t forget to add the CVN 3- or 4-digit code you’ll find on your card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shopify Pay, and Google Pay.
Our replacement and return policy are straightforward: if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return them at any point within 14 days after your purchase for a full refund of your purchase price once we receive the item. Simply call customer care for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number, toll free at 855-735-2647
We can’t take title to returned items until the items in question arrive at our warehouse.
Once our warehouse receives your returned items, they normally process them in 3-5 business days (holidays and special promotions days may cause delays. Then we issue a refund back to your original payment method. Depending on your credit card company, refunds normally take a week or two for them to process.
Log into your account page and click on the subscription you’d like to change. If you’d rather delay your order, select the option that reads skip shipment.
If you’d like to change how frequently your subscription arrives, click on the “change” link in the Frequency page. You can then select your frequency of choice from the dropdown menu. Updating the frequency of your order won’t affect the date of your next order, and the subscription frequency will update after your next order date. You can change your order date up to 24 hours before the next order is scheduled.
